Prepare dough as directed on package or recipe. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Divide, using remainder for rolls. Butter hand generously and pat out dough directly to cover bottom of well-greased frypan, about 1/4 inch up on sides. Add sauce, spreading over surface. Top with cheese slices, sliced mushrooms, sausage or other meat used. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley and a bit of oregano. Cover frypan, close vent, set dial at 300 degrees F. Bake until dough is set, about 25 minutes. Slide out with turner. Cut with kitchen shears into squares. Serve piping hot.

Servings depend on how well you like pizza.

SAUCE: to make your own sauce -- saute in frypan at 240 degrees F, onion in butter or oil until golden color. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, oregano, and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened. Use amount of sauce desired.

PIZZA MADE WITH A MIX: Follow directions on label. Place dough in center of well greased cold frypan. Grease fingers well and press dough to cover entire surface. Pinch up outside edge to hold sauce. Add sauce and cheese as directed. Also, sliced precooked sausages can be distributed over top. Bake at 300 degrees F for about 20 minutes with vent open. Remove as above.
